2. I’ve tried to login, but I keep landing back on the main login page. What’s wrong?
The Keenan Research website does not use Cookies for reasons discussed in Question 4. However the website does use Session IDs as discussed in Question 5. If your internet browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer, then please check your privacy settings (found under the menus for Tools/Internet Options/Privacy). If your privacy settings are placed at “Medium High” then your browser will accept the Session ID our system offers it, and with that Session ID, your browser’s request for pages will be granted by our website. If your privacy settings are set at “High” or above, your browser will not only reject the Cookies other websites may try to place, but it will also reject the Session ID our website offers it, and without that your browser’s request for pages within our site will be denied. If you find your Subscription ID lands you back at the home page, please confirm you’re entering it correctly, and adjust your settings to “Medium High” during the period you’d like to browse the Keenan Research website.

If you’re still experiencing difficulty, please email our webmaster to notify us of the possible programming error.
